El Patio is a 30 room motel designed in the 1950s Art Deco style with 2 levels surrounding a lush, tropical garden and fountain. Our rooms feature original Cuban tile floors and jalousie windows, both of which have been enjoyed by keys residents for generations. El Patio also has a private roof deck, which is wonderful for both sunbathing and stargazing. There is a swimming pool with a spacious sunbathing area for guests to enjoy on the ground level of the property. Our charming motel is nestled on the Atlantic side of Old Town Key West, 2 blocks from the beach and 3 blocks from world famous Duval Street. Shopping, dining and sightseeing are all within walking distance. Bicycle rentals are also available for guests on a 24 hour or weekly basis. Guests enjoy free parking as well (sorry, no RVs or boats/trailers).

Holidays, special events and certain weekends may carry additional charge.

One night deposit required at time of booking. FREE CANCELLATION until 14 days prior to arrival. Deposit forfeited for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.

50% deposit of entire stay is required at time of booking. FREE CANCELLATION until 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival result in forfeit of deposit.
